This Data Processing Addendum governs processing of personal data associated with the Quavix Messenger Service.
Quavix processes data for the following purposes:
Processing necessary to operate the Messenger platform and deliver communications.
Processing necessary to detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or threats to platform integrity.
Processing necessary to retain communications in accordance with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Processing of interaction metadata and platform usage signals for internal analytics and service improvement. Such analytics may involve aggregated or de-identified datasets. Message content is not processed for analytics except where required for service delivery or compliance obligations.
